Chief Taiwo Becomes Gazetted Baale Of Alahun

The Council Chairman, Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area of Lagos State Hon. Sesan Olowa, has endorsed High Chief (Dr.) Adekunle Taiwo, as the gazette Baale for Alahun Community.
The event was held at the Conference Room of the Chairman at Igando-Oloja Council Secretariat, with key players in the Council among other Chieftains of Alahun Community in attendance.
The Chairman urged the newly gazette Baale to complement Government kind gesture by initiating quality programs and projects that would continue to promote  the status of Alahun Community to greater heights.

Hon. Olowa described High Chief Adekunle Taiwo as a personality with impeccable character who had distinguished himself over the years, stating that he should use his good office to protect the interest of his people at all times.
He hinted that community leaders play key role in grassroots development as they bridge the gap between the government and the people and resolve issues that may have led to crises.
The CDA Chairman while presenting their votes of thanks at the event, reaffirmed the commitment of the people of Alahun towards supporting Government programs, saying that the people of Alahun would continue to support the administration of Hon. Sesan Olowa in his strive towards making Ibeju-Lekki council area best among others.

In an interview with the newly gazette Baale, High Chief Adekunle Taiwo expressed satisfaction with the State and Local Governments, adding that they had undertaken lofty project over the years, as the newly constructed Council secretariat had become a symbol of hope for the people in the area.  He acknowledged the support given to him by the Onibeju, Oba Rasak Olasunkanmi and the entire people of his community, saying it would be an impetus that would encourage him to further forge ahead.
He lauded the Chairman for providing  basic social amenities in the Local Government Area which he said has continued to attract more investors into the area.
